Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components
A specific item can be used to evolve specific Pokemon. The Upgrade can be obtained by spinning a photo disc and can be offered as a reward in Pokemon GO events.
Upgrades can be used on armors, weapons trinkets, weapons, and gathering tools in order to increase the level of their item. The upgrade costs Flightstones or crests based on the kind of item.
Upgrade components
Upgrade components can be inserted into trinkets, armors, weapons and gathering tools in order to add attribute bonuses or other effects while the equipment being used. The item being upgraded must have an upgrade slot to accept the component. Most upgrade components require the item being upgraded to be at the specified level. Certain upgrade items come with special visual effects that are visible when they are used. Upgrade components can be acquired by crafting, purchased from karma traders, traded with other players on the Trading Post or taken from equipment, or as rewards in games.
A variety of upgrade components are available, each offering various bonuses. Universal upgrades, such as gems and inscriptions, are able to be used in any type of equipment. They also offer lower bonuses than other kinds of upgrade components. Infusions can be utilized on legendary and non-amulet items, while enhancements are able to be used on back equipment that is ascended. The majority of upgrade components can be replaced when they are inserted into an item, however doing so will destroy the previous upgrade. The exceptions are glyphs (which can only be used in gathering tools) and enchantments, which can be removed and reinserted freely.

Insignias or enchantments, as well as prefix/suffix upgrades will be displayed in the hover display of the item while they are added to the equipment's name (e.g. the word Radiant Insignia could change the name into Radiant Tyrian Armor). The number of upgrades that are added to an equipment piece will be visible in the tooltip of the item.
Glyphs
Glyphs are special characters that can be added into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements such as ligatures, fractions, ornaments, swashes registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs Panel lets you add and view these unique characters, along with common symbols like em and en dashes as in trademark symbols that are registered.
Each Glyph gives a character a boost in their primary stats. It also includes up to four Secondary Stats that affect the radius of the glyph on your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage boost that is multiplied by other bonuses, with the exception of Speed Glyphs that directly increase the speed of the hero.
Selecting the Glyphs and then clicking "enchant" will activate them. This will open a window that shows the Glyphs that are available to you. You are only able to apply the appropriate Glyph to the item you are looking for. Every weapon, jewelry, or armor piece has its own collection of Glyphs.
Glyphs can be upgraded through the use of Nightmare Dungeons or completing Tree of Whisper quests. The more difficult the dungeon is, the more Glyph experience you'll gain. Once a Glyph reaches level 15, it can be upgraded by the Glyph Upgrade Altar. Upgrading a Glyph increases its radius on the Paragon Board by one node every 15 levels.
Once a Glyph is leveled up to the desired level you can activate it by selecting it and then pressing the "enchant" button. The Glyph that is created will grant its stated benefit, and boost all other nodes in its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should go where they can benefit your build the most. This is why you should prioritise Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Some glyphs, however, might offer dual benefits when certain conditions are met, so they're worth looking out for too.
If you're having trouble finding a particular glyph click the cycle widget on the Glyphs panel to display the panel in a variety of perspectives. Each view shows the Glyphs using a different font. You can reduce the number of glyphs by choosing an option below "Entire Font". For instance, punctuation only shows punctuation glyphs. Math Symbols limits the selection to mathematical symbols.
Rerolling
Rerolling is a process in which you create a brand new account to give yourself more opportunities to play an item or character you are interested in. This can help you level up faster or to gain more loot, for example, the best weapon for your character. Many players reroll until the character they want is available, regardless of strength. It could be because they like the style or personality of the character.
You must ensure that you make clean changes every time you reroll. This means you should check locally that the patch is able to pass the pre-commit checks and run a core development check. The patch should be uploaded with a clear distinction to an issue (see What is an interdiff?) ).
Rerolls may take days or weeks depending on how lucky you are. During this time, you should avoid optional enemy camps to save time. In addition you should not re-do any quests that can be completed later in the game. This will save time and energy.
Another important consideration when rerolling is to make sure that you are aware of the upgrade system. There are a variety of ways to improve your character's strength and appearance. This includes upgrading your weapons, rerolling your characters and purchasing upgrades. Additionally, it is important to understand the limitations of the upgrade system.
Rerolling is not a necessary aspect of the game, but it can be useful to increase your chances of getting an item or character. You can use it to find the best character or to test different styles of play and builds.
Sets
A set is an object collection with 2 common attributes (like the number or eggs in a dozen, or the members of a group). Sets are used for operations such as intersection, union and distinction.
item upgrade can make a set better than it was before. For weapons and armor this means that it gets an increased base defense value and less strength requirements and an lower requirement for level.
Upgrades can bring well-known items from single sets up to parity with those in higher-tier sets. For example, upgrading Guillaume's Face Helm to Elite Spired Helm increases the defense from 217 to 321 and reduces the strength requirement and level requirement to a lower range.
However, it's important to note that not all set items are good candidates for upgrading. Some sets, such as the FB Sorc Whistan's Shield spec or Naj's Puzzler staff, are already Elite and Exceptional in their individual ways and do not need upgrading. Certain items, like Goldwrap and Whistan's Shield (both BiS) that are frequently used may be benefited by an upgrade to increase their performance. For such items, it may be worth the extra cost to upgrade them.
